Step by step
Enter your company info
Fill in your company or property business name, your full name, email address, phone number, and city or town. This is the information your account and every invoice, receipt, and tenant-facing email will be built around, so use your real business details.
Choose your Account ID
Pick a short, memorable Account ID for your company. It's a unique identifier used internally to keep your data separate from every other business on Makeja Homes, and it's what your team logs in with. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only, 3 to 30 characters.
Choose a plan
Compare the available plans and pick the one that matches your portfolio size today. You are not locked in. You can upgrade as your portfolio grows.
Create your password
Set a password for your admin account. Makeja shows a real-time strength indicator as you type, so you know your password is strong enough before you can continue.
You're done
Once your account is created, you land on a confirmation screen with your next steps laid out: add your first property, invite your team, and start configuring how your business runs on Makeja Homes.
Tips
- Your Account ID cannot be changed casually later, so pick something short and tied to your actual business name rather than a temporary placeholder.
- You can always change your plan later from Settings once your account exists, so don't overthink this step.
- Use a real phone number and email during sign-up. Both are used for account recovery and important account notifications.
